Nicole is a committed counseling psychologist and HR professional with advanced training in business psychology based in Switzerland.

 

She is also the founder of Ard de Vivre, an online magazine dedicated to conscious (slow) living, sensitivity, and femininity in contemporary society. Through this platform, Nicole inspires readers to connect with their true selves by embracing the natural rhythms of the changing seasons.

As a free-spirited, nature-loving enthusiast, Nicole combines two seemingly contradictory worlds by building bridges between classical psychology and holistic and transpersonal topics. Her aim is to support people in finding inner strength, deepening their self-awareness and creating a balance that supports them in everyday life.
